Within 3-5 business days, you'll be given a home-shopping budget and monthly payment amount
Our preferred realtor will find your home based on your approved budget and your personal home preferences.
A purchase offer will be submitted to the homeowner. The offer will be in cash with no financing contingencies, given that the property is move-in ready and has passed an inspection.
Once you have paid a 5-20 % down payment, submitted your documents, and signed the lease, our capital acquisition partners will purchase the property from the homeowner for contract purchase price.
You'll receive keys to the home, and be in a lease agreement for 18-36 months.
25% of every monthly payment will put into a savings account that can be used as a down payment when you're ready to purchase the home at an already preset price.
At the end of the lease, you'll have the option to either extend the lease for an additional 18 months, convert your savings into a mortgage down payment, or walk away with your savings (minus a 2% Relisting fee).
